Unauthenticated user-type changes via unchecked bulk action
Published Nov 21, 2025 · Updated Nov 21, 2025
Missing authorization in AyeCode Ltd UsersWP 1.2.47 and earlier allows remote attackers to change user types through bulk requests. The bulk user-type change handler processes selected accounts without validating a request nonce, so attacker-supplied requests reach the privileged state change. No login or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is limited to unauthorized modification of user-type assignments.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
