CVE-2025-66028Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Admin dashboard access via client-trusted role flag

Published Nov 26, 2025 · Updated Nov 26, 2025

Improper access control in OneUptime before 8.0.5567 allows remote attackers to open the master-admin dashboard after login. AdminDashboard/Serve.ts rendered the administrative index without validating the access token's isMasterAdmin claim, while client routing trusted a manipulable login-response value. The attacker must alter the login response delivered to the client; server-side permissions still block unauthorized data access or modification.
