Password disclosure via hard-coded AES key

Hard-coded AES key use in Apache Syncope 2.1 through 2.1.14, 3.0 through 3.0.14, and 4.0 through 4.0.2 allows attackers to recover passwords. DefaultEncryptor derives the key for AES-encrypted internal user passwords from the source-code constant 1abcdefghilmnopqrstuvz2!, allowing database contents to be decrypted. The non-default password.cipher.algorithm setting must be AES, and access to the internal database is required; encrypted plain attributes are unaffected.
