Authenticated internal resource access via unvalidated URL fetch

SSRF in Open WebUI before 0.6.37 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP resources through the web-processing endpoint. The /api/v1/retrieval/process/web route passes form_data.url directly to get_content_from_url(), whose loaders fetch it without validating private, localhost, metadata, or protocol targets. Any basic account can reach the route, exposing responses from services reachable by the server and enabling internal network scanning.
