User redirection via unvalidated logout destination

Open redirect in SimpleSAMLphp casserver before 6.3.1 and 7.0.0-rc1 through 7.0.0-rc3 allows remote attackers to redirect users. LogoutController uses the untrusted url query parameter as the logout destination without checking it against configured CAS service URLs, producing a direct redirect or attacker-controlled continuation link. The logout feature must be enabled, user interaction is required, and skip_logout_page=true produces the direct cross-site redirect; otherwise the logout page presents the link.
