Denial of service via unbounded Snappy decoding

Denial of service in VictoriaMetrics allows remote authenticated users to exhaust process memory by submitting malformed Snappy blocks. The ingest path passes an attacker-controlled decoded-length header to the Snappy decoder without enforcing the configured maximum request size, permitting excessive allocation. Reachability requires high-privilege access to an ingest API; affected releases span 1.0.0 through 1.110.22, 1.111.0 through 1.122.7, and 1.123.0 through 1.129.0, and the resulting out-of-memory condition can destabilize the service.
