Phishing via unsanitized PDF hyperlink injection

HTML injection in ERPNext 15.88.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to place malicious links in generated PDF documents. Add Quality Goal accepts anchor tags in plain-text fields, and PDF generation preserves them as clickable hyperlinks while blocking JavaScript. Access to the function is required, and a recipient must open the PDF and follow the link, enabling phishing or malware delivery.
