Arbitrary SQL execution via unescaped dictionary keys

SQL injection in long2ice asyncmy 0.2.11 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via crafted dictionary keys. The escape_dict function in asyncmy/converters.pyx escapes each dictionary value but copies each key unchanged into the mapping used to construct SQL. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled dictionary keys into this conversion path, after which injected SQL runs with the database connection's privileges.
