Server code execution via unchecked plugin upload

Arbitrary file upload in Metagauss Download Plugin 2.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side PHP. dpwap_plugin_locInstall accepts a client-supplied filename, performs no server-side type validation, and moves the file unchanged into the web-accessible dpwap_logs/files/tmp directory. Administrator access and a valid admin nonce are required; successful exploitation runs code with the WordPress server process's permissions.
