Improper access control in usememos memos before 0.25.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter or delete identity providers. The UpdateIdentityProvider and DeleteIdentityProvider handlers accepted low-privileged requests without verifying that the current user held the host role. A basic account can redirect OAuth endpoints to an attacker-controlled provider for account takeover or delete a provider to prevent further sign-ins.
