Root command execution via unauthenticated UART terminal

Missing authentication in D-Link DIR-605L F1 firmware V6.02CN02 allows physically proximate attackers to execute root commands via UART. The serial debug interface exposes an interactive Linux root shell during or after boot without requiring a password or authorization check. Exploitation requires opening the router and connecting a serial adapter to its UART pins, after which the attacker can read or alter configuration and run persistent software.
