CVE-2025-6573Network attack vector

TEE information disclosure via firmware scratch buffer

Published Aug 8, 2025 · Updated Aug 11, 2025

Information disclosure in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 24.3 RTM and earlier allows attackers to read TEE data from the REE. The flaw is associated with RGXFW_CTL.pui8FWScratchBuf, but Imagination has not disclosed the incorrect firmware operation that exposes the scratch buffer. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled kernel software in the REE on a platform using the affected GPU firmware, and the documented consequence is disclosure of TEE information.
