Code execution via shell-enabled namespace handling

Command injection in Kubectl MCP Server before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute code when a user visits a crafted HTML page. The Windsurf-compatible server passes the request-controlled namespace value to Python subprocess execution with shell=True, allowing shell metacharacters to append arbitrary commands. Exploitation requires the server to be running and a user to load attacker-controlled content that can send JSON-RPC requests to its localhost listener; injected commands run with the server process's local and Kubernetes permissions.
