Authenticated code execution via executable PHP upload
Published Dec 2, 2025 · Updated Dec 2, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in FeehiCMS 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through Ad Management. The Ad Management update endpoint accepts an intercepted image upload whose filename extension and content are changed to PHP, then stores it at a web-accessible path without blocking execution. Backend access is required; requesting the uploaded PHP file causes the web server to run attacker-supplied system commands.
