Service crash via truncated CreateFAR IPv4 field

Out-of-bounds read in omec-project UPF 2.1.3-dev allows remote attackers to crash the service through a crafted PFCP request. The pfcpiface parseFAR() path passes an empty or truncated CreateFAR IPv4 buffer to ip2int(), whose four-byte read triggers an index-out-of-range panic. Exploitation requires PFCP association and access to the N4/PFCP endpoint, and repeated requests interrupt user-plane service by crashing the UPF.
