Internal resource disclosure via full-URL validation

SSRF in Fetch MCP Server 1.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read internal resources through attacker-supplied URLs. Fetcher._fetch passes the complete URL to private-ip instead of extracting its hostname, so the private-address check returns false and fetch proceeds. A reachable MCP interface that accepts an attacker-controlled URL is required; successful requests can disclose internal service or cloud metadata responses.
