Internal service disclosure via hostname and redirect bypass

SSRF in markdownify-mcp 0.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read internal services through webpage-to-markdown requests. The is_ip_private() check tests the URL hostname as an IP string without DNS resolution, while fetch() follows redirects without validating each destination. Exploitation requires control of a submitted URL or redirect target and exposes responses from services reachable by the MCP server.
