Broker crash via reversed endpoint teardown order

Use-after-free in Redboltz async_mqtt 10.2.5 allows local users to crash an MQTT broker after an SSL initialization failure. The broker destroys io_context objects before endpoint objects, leaving endpoint timer destructors to access a freed deadline_timer_service. The flaw occurs only during shutdown cleanup after an SSL initialization error; normal broker operation does not trigger it.
