Remote crash via unchecked DTLS app-data pointer

Null pointer dereference in OISM libcoap 4.3.5 allows remote attackers to crash a DTLS-enabled process during a handshake. coap_dtls_info_callback() treats an unchecked NULL result from SSL_get_app_data() as a session and passes it to coap_session_str(). An unauthenticated attacker must reach a DTLS endpoint, and CISA reports that exploitation requires user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
