Authenticated code execution via executable PHP upload

Arbitrary file upload in EasyImages 2.0 2.8.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through manager.php. The file manager accepts a PHP web shell into a web-accessible cache directory and leaves the uploaded file executable by the PHP runtime. Any authenticated user with File Management access can place and invoke a web shell, gaining code execution under the web server account.
