Account impersonation via mutable provider identifier

Improper authentication in django-allauth before 65.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate linked Okta or NetIQ accounts. The Okta and NetIQ provider adapters derive SocialAccount.uid from the mutable preferred_username claim instead of the stable sub claim. Exposure requires an affected integration and control of a preferred_username value that matches another linked account, enabling access as that account.
