Local process crash via missing path argument

A NULL pointer dereference in GNU UnRTF 0.21.10 allows local users to crash the process by invoking the -P option without a path. In main(), an off-by-one bounds check permits a terminal -P to copy argv[argc], a NULL value, into search_path before check_dirs() dereferences the value. Exploitation requires a local invocation or an input-influenced wrapper and stops the invoked process or a dependent conversion workflow.
