Local process crash via empty password

Divide-by-zero in GNU Recutils 1.9 allows local users to crash recfix by supplying an empty encryption or decryption password. recfix accepts an empty password value, and rec_encrypt and rec_decrypt use strlen(password) as the modulus divisor during key derivation. The flaw is reachable when Recutils is built with crypt support and crashes only the affected process with SIGFPE.
