CVE-2025-65320Public exploit

License-key disclosure via cleartext activation memory

Published Dec 3, 2025 · Updated Dec 3, 2025

Cleartext memory storage in Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 15.0.0.1656 and earlier allows local users to extract device-bound license keys. During activation, the application holds the key and related device-specific values as ordinary plaintext heap strings and does not zero the buffers after use. Exploitation requires local process-memory access and an activation attempt; the recovered key permits activation only on the same device.
