Live video disclosure via unauthenticated RTSP endpoint
Published Jun 23, 2025 · Updated Jun 26, 2025
Improper authentication in 70mai Dash Cam M300 20250611 allows remote attackers to view its live video stream over local Wi-Fi. The RTSP service on port 554 returns the /livestream/12 feed without requiring authentication or physical device pairing. An attacker must first join the dash camera's network; access exposes live video without notifying the owner but does not grant modification or code execution.
