CVE-2025-6527Public exploit

Recording disclosure via weak Telnet authentication

Published Jun 23, 2025 · Updated Jun 24, 2025

Incorrect access control in 70mai Dash Cam M300 20250611 allows remote attackers to read stored video and audio over the local network. The device exposes a root Telnet session on port 23 behind weak default credentials; recording names obtained there identify files that the web server downloads. Remote attackers must first join the dash camera's Wi-Fi network, but no device pairing is required; the documented impact is disclosure of stored recordings.
