HTTP service crash via unbounded sscanf fields

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC21 firmware 16.03.08.16 allows remote attackers to crash the HTTP service via a crafted list parameter. The formSetPPTPUserList handler passes attacker-controlled fields to sscanf using %[^;] and %s conversions without maximum widths, overflowing a smaller stack buffer. The adjacent-network request requires no authentication or user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and service interruption, while code execution remains unverified.
