CVE-2025-6522

Root command execution via crafted JSON

Published Jun 27, 2025 · Updated Jun 27, 2025

Command injection in Trend Makers Sight Bulb Pro firmware 8.57.83 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute shell commands as root. The proprietary TCP service on port 16668 incorporates crafted JSON input into a shell command without neutralizing command syntax.
