Browser script execution via unneutralized supplier name
Published Dec 2, 2025 · Updated Dec 2, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Sourcecodester Web-based Pharmacy Product Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script via supplier names. The Supplier Name field in /product_expiry/add-supplier.php fails to neutralize an SVG onload payload supplied through a crafted URL before browser rendering. A victim must open the crafted URL; the script then runs in the site's browser context and can access session data or perform actions as the victim.
