Unauthenticated backend access via exposed configuration credentials

Authentication bypass in NJHYST HY511 POE core before 2.1 and plugins before 0.1 allows remote attackers to download device credentials. The web management endpoint /LAPI/V1.0/System/Configuration serves the core XML configuration without validating a session cookie, exposing the administrator username and recoverable MD5 password. No authentication or user interaction is required; recovered credentials grant backend access to camera information and management functions.
