Stored XSS in CiviCRM 6.9.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript when a batch page is viewed. The BatchTransaction.tpl template passes an attacker-controlled batch value to jQuery's .html() sink instead of rendering it as text. Exploitation requires create manual batch permission and a later page view, enabling script execution in that viewer's browser.
