Reflected XSS in manikandan580 School-management-system 1.0 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript through a crafted email POST value. The administrator contact handler inserts the email parameter directly into the response body without HTML encoding, causing browsers to interpret injected markup as code. Successful exploitation requires administrator submission or viewing of the crafted response and enables script execution within the administrator browser session.
