Reflected XSS via unencoded room_id response
Published Apr 14, 2026 · Updated Apr 14, 2026
Reflected XSS in alandsilva26 hotel-management-php 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted room_id URL. The /public/admin/edit_room.php script writes the room_id GET parameter into its HTML response without output encoding, so a browser interprets injected markup as script. Exploitation requires a user, including an administrator, to follow the crafted URL; the script then runs in that user's application session and can read page data or issue requests with that session's authority.
