Account takeover via unchecked SSO callback

CSRF in Langfuse 2.95.0 through 2.95.11 and 3.17.0 through 3.130.0 allows remote attackers to take over user accounts. The /api/auth/callback/{provider} handler accepts an attacker's authentication code without a configured state or PKCE check and links the attacker's SSO identity to the signed-in victim's account. Exploitation requires an SSO provider lacking AUTH__CHECK and a signed-in user to follow the crafted callback URL, after which the attacker can act as that user.
