Outdated package installation via security snapshot fallback

Protection mechanism failure in ilbers GmbH Isar 0.11-rc1 and 0.11 allows attackers to affect image integrity via an unintended snapshot date. The bootstrap snapshot logic reads a security-specific timestamp flag and, when only the parent date is set, ignores that date and falls back to source-date-epoch. The condition requires snapshot-based builds configured only with ISAR_APT_SNAPSHOT_DATE; affected images can omit later security updates without exposing data or interrupting the build.
