Authenticated database disclosure via unbound hostname parameter

SQL injection in LibreNMS before 25.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to infer database data through crafted hostname values. The discovery path in /ajax_output.php passes hostname to includes/html/output/capture.inc.php, where it is concatenated into a device lookup query without escaping or parameter binding. Administrator access to the discovery endpoint is required, and Boolean-dependent response changes expose database contents without reported service interruption.
