Improper certificate validation in Tinexta InfoCert GoSign Desktop 2.4.1 and earlier allows attackers to alter HTTPS traffic via a configured proxy. The GoSignDesktop process uses libdgsapi.so and libcurl.so to call SSL_CTX_set_verify with SSL_VERIFY_NONE, accepting invalid server certificates. Exploitation requires a configured proxy that forwards outbound HTTPS connections despite untrusted certificates; the CVE record disputes broader update-execution claims and limits its rated impact to integrity.
