Improper authorization in Rallly before 4.5.4 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate other users in poll comments. The polls.comments.add backend accepts a client-supplied authorName without checking it against the authenticated session identity. Any authenticated account can publish comments under arbitrary names, including trusted or privileged names, enabling deceptive messages but not account takeover.
