Unauthorized comment deletion via unchecked comment ID

Improper authorization in Rallly before 4.5.4 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' comments by supplying a comment ID. The polls.comments.delete tRPC endpoint passes the client-provided ID to deletion without checking comment ownership or poll permissions. Any authenticated account with a target comment ID can remove that content, compromising comment integrity and auditability.
