Administrator password disclosure via unauthenticated file
Published Dec 18, 2025 · Updated Dec 18, 2025
Plaintext password storage in Wodesys WD-R608U WDR28081123OV1.01 allows remote attackers to read the administrator password. The firmware keeps the password in plaintext within /js/langget_data.js and serves that file without an authentication check. Reachability requires access to the router's adjacent management network; disclosure exposes admin-panel credentials without changing configuration.
