Browser script execution via stored form input
Published Dec 10, 2025 · Updated Dec 10, 2025
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.23 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in a victim's browser. A low-privileged user can place JavaScript in a vulnerable form field, which AEM stores and later renders without adequate neutralization; Adobe has not identified the exact field or code path. The script runs only after another user opens the page containing the field, exposing or modifying data available to that browser session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
