User redirection via unrestricted external-page default
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Open redirect in GroupSession editions before 5.7.1 allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary websites via crafted URLs. The initial External page display restriction is set to Do not limit, leaving external-page navigation unrestricted; the vendor has withheld the affected function and reproduction details. Exploitation requires that default configuration and a user to access a specially crafted URL; the bounded impact is navigation to an attacker-chosen site.
