Command execution via shell-interpreted matched filenames

OS command injection in the isaacs Glob CLI allows attackers to execute commands as the invoking user or CI account via crafted filenames. In src/bin.mts, the -c/--cmd path collects matched filenames and passes them to foregroundChild with shell enabled, so the shell interprets filename metacharacters as command syntax. Exploitation requires a user or CI workflow to run glob -c over attacker-controlled filenames; the core library API is unaffected.
