Sensitive-value enumeration via searchable concealed fields

Information disclosure in Directus before 11.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate concealed values through API searches. The applySearch function includes concealed fields in generated searches when read permission exists, so matching records act as an oracle while returned values remain masked. Read access to directus_users is required; recommended App Access defaults expose token, TFA-secret, and password-hash existence without revealing the values.
