CVE-2025-64735

Process-memory disclosure via unchecked EMF bitmap offset

Published Mar 17, 2026 · Updated Mar 17, 2026

Out-of-bounds read in Canva Affinity before 3.1.0 allows attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted EMF file. The EMR_STRETCHBLT parser adds an unchecked offBmiSrc offset to the record base even when it exceeds recordSize, then dereferences the resulting address. Exploitation requires a local user to open the file; the access violation can crash the application and disclose arbitrary memory from its process.
