Unauthenticated local file inclusion via template cookie

Local file inclusion in PrivateBin 1.7.7 through 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to read local PHP files via a crafted template cookie. When nondefault template selection is enabled, TemplateSwitcher accepts an unvalidated cookie path and View::draw appends .php, checks existence, and includes the resolved file outside the template directory. Reachable PHP files can disclose data or execute their existing actions; arbitrary code execution additionally requires an attacker-controlled PHP file already on the server.
