Continued access via stale user-role cache

Incorrect authorization in Frappe Learning before 2.41.0 allows remote authenticated users to retain access after role revocation. The role-update workflow changes the assignment but fails to invalidate the affected user's cached role data, so authorization checks continue to use stale privileges. Reachability requires an authenticated account whose role an administrator has removed, and the retained permissions last until the user cache is refreshed.
