Service interruption via unbounded QPACK header expansion

Resource exhaustion in quic-go before 0.57.0 allows remote attackers to crash HTTP/3 clients or servers with crafted QPACK headers. HTTP/3 header processing limits the compressed HEADERS frame but expands its fields into an http.Header without bounding decoded field-section size. Any malicious HTTP/3 peer can reach the symmetric client or server path, consuming memory until the affected process crashes or stops serving traffic.
