Stored script execution via unescaped message attribute

Stored XSS in Display During Conditional Shortcode 1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through message. The display_during shortcode emits the message fallback attribute as page content without adequate input sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, which executes in a visitor's browser when the affected page loads.
