Privilege escalation via undisclosed DOM-based script execution
Published Dec 10, 2025 · Updated Dec 10, 2025
DOM-based XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.23 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges through a victim's browser. Adobe has not identified the affected client-side component, DOM source, or unsafe sink that processes attacker-controlled input. A low-privileged account and victim interaction with a crafted URL or manipulated page are required; successful execution runs script in the victim's browser context and can elevate application privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
